D is for divine

For depth

For deconstruction

For delight.

My sweet humans, you have no idea what these past few months have meant to me.

To see you grow

To see you wrestle

To see you live and love

To see you.

Thank you for letting me in

To the deepest parts of your heart

The deepest parts of your pain and shame

Thank you for trusting me with all of you.

Thank you for listening

For asking hard questions and fun questions

Thank you for celebrating me

Thank you for seeing me as I am and loving me so tenderly, so fiercely.

Thank you for being little firelights that have sparked life within me once again.

You are hope

You are joy

You are kindness and compassion and intentionality and tenderness and authenticity and straight heaven on earth.

You are the goodness of Jesus

The holiness of Christ.

Guys – you’re doing the thing ! This is what it is to call Heaven down to earth ! To leave an imprint of yourselves where you go is to carry the banner of Christ and the heart of the father.

It has been nothing short of sheer joy, an honor, a privilege to serve you, to love you, to know you. It doesn’t end here.

Just remember :

Always make room for the mess

You’re worth knowing, seeing, loving

You already have it – the goodness, the healing, the redemption, the wholeness, the newness, the fullness.

As one of you said – thank you for making this goodbye a hard one. I am happy to have cried at our goodbyes – it speaks to your depth, your divinity and the delight it’s been to walk with you.

You have my heart. I love you forever and for always.
